Riverside Kitchen & Bath Remodeling is a licensed contractor working in our home city and the communities around it. Cabinetry, countertops, tile, layout changes and full-scope renovation are the whole of what we do.

How we price work
Every estimate is itemized and every allowance is named. If the tile allowance is a number, you can see the number, and you can see what happens to the total when you choose something above or below it. We do not hand out lump sums, because a lump sum hides the decisions you are entitled to make.
Ranges we publish on the service pages are typical market ranges for this area, not quotes. What your job costs depends on the size of the room, what is behind the walls, whether the layout moves, and the level of the finish. That is what the on-site measure is for.
How a project runs
- Measure and scope. We measure on site and write down what the room needs rather than what is easy to sell.
- Design. Layout changes are planned in 3D so you see the room before it is built, not after.
- Selections. Cabinetry, counters, tile and fixtures are chosen against the allowances in your estimate.
- Permits. We pull the permits and schedule the inspections. Plan check is our job, not yours.
- Build. One project manager, a protected work area, and a written schedule you can hold us to.
- Close out. Final walk, punch list, and a written workmanship warranty.
Credentials and compliance
We are a licensed California contractor, insured and bonded. Our CSLB licence number, general liability certificate and workers compensation certificate are available on request, and we are happy to have them sent to your HOA or design review board directly.
