The rules for using this website, and how the ranges published here relate to an actual written estimate.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website. They are not the contract for renovation work, which is a separate written agreement signed before work begins.
No contractor and client relationship is formed here
Submitting the estimate request form or reading anything on this site does not create a contractor and client relationship and does not commit either side to a project. A relationship begins only when a written contract for a specific scope is signed by both parties.
About the prices and ranges on this site
Every figure on this site is a typical market range for this kind of work in our service area, published so you can plan. A range is not a quote, not an offer, and not a guarantee of your cost. Your number depends on the condition of the existing room, the layout, the materials selected, structural and mechanical work, permit requirements and the schedule.
The only binding number is the one in a written estimate prepared after an on-site measure.
Accuracy of content
We write the content on this site ourselves and keep it current, including code, permit and material detail. Building codes, fee schedules, lead times and product availability change. Nothing here substitutes for a plan check with your jurisdiction or for professional advice on your specific property. We do not warrant that the site is free of errors or that it will always be available.

Images on this site illustrate the kind of work described. Unless a caption states otherwise, an image is not represented as a photograph of a specific completed project at a specific address.
Permitted use and intellectual property

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving the county where our office is located, in California.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with the date of the last revision at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
