What happens after you send the form
- Call back. If you sent the form rather than calling, we ring you to ask what the room does badly today and to set a measure date.
- On-site measure. We measure the room, check what is behind the walls where we can, and note anything that will drive cost: load-bearing walls, plumbing runs, panel capacity, HOA or design review.
- Written estimate. You get an itemized estimate with allowances named, not a lump sum.
- Design and selections. If the scope needs it, we plan the layout in 3D before anything is ordered.
- Permits and build. We pull the permits, schedule inspections, and run the job with one project manager from demolition to final walk.
