Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, and what we do with it, including your California privacy rights.
Last updated 15 September 2026
This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Information you give us in person, on a job site, or under a signed contract is governed by that contract.
Information you give us
The estimate request form asks for your name, email address, phone number and a description of the project. Those fields are how we reach you and how we scope the work before a measure. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or uploads through this site.
Providing the information is voluntary. If you would rather not use the form, use our contact form.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site records standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view and the time of the visit. It is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages people use. We may use analytics tools that set cookies for the same purpose. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
How we use it
- To respond to an estimate request and schedule an on-site measure
- To prepare a written scope and range for the work you described
- To follow up about a project you asked us about
- To maintain, secure and improve this website
- To meet legal, tax, licensing and insurance obligations
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who else may see it
We use service providers to run the site and our email, including web hosting, form delivery and analytics. They process your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as needed to respond and, where a project follows, for the period our insurer, our licensing obligations and California law require records of the work to be kept. Requests that do not lead to a project are removed when they no longer serve a business purpose.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident you may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask what categories we collect and disclose. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. You will not be treated differently for making a request.
To make a request, use our contact form or use the estimate request form and note that it is a privacy request. We may need to verify who you are before acting.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging renovation work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information this site collects. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through the form.
Changes, and how to reach us
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with a new date at the top, and material changes are described in plain language.
Questions can go through our contact form or through the estimate request form. We are a licensed California contractor, insured and bonded.
